Other Notes Considered:

“Order” indicates all costs are due when job is finished.

“Quote” refers to a firm price based on facts furnished at time of bid submitted.

“Estimate” refers to the price reflected of information known at this time, prices are subject to change based upon final production of job.

Prices: Do not include state taxes or shipping.

Bid Prices: Valid for 3 weeks from date of submission.

Overrun: Most jobs are subject to a 10% under/overrun.

Customer Stock:
Please do not expect every sheet of customer stock to be returned printed, due to any mechanical printer problems.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Murr Printing Beaufort wants every customer to be very pleased with their job. We pledge to reprint your job if we fail to meet your expectations. We also follow standard printing industries’ proof guidelines. We believe the customer should always see a proof in person or digitally through email. The customer should read and understand the proof reader contract as follows;
“Please check this proof carefully for errors, omissions, typos, and misspellings. Reprinting of this job is at your cost. If you miss an error on this proof copy.”

Changes other than corrections are considered Author’s changes, thus additional charges may be added to the estimated cost. Proofs must be returned in 30 days from the first proof date, after 30 days, the customer will be billed for any Art Set-Up in full.
